Maya’s menu is created by Maya’s very own Indian Executive Sous Chef Hardip Bhatia. With over 14 years of culinary experience of the highest level acquired working in some of India’s finest chain of hotels like The Taj Group(Agra), The Oberoi(Shimla), The Westin(Hyderabad) along with the International exposure in UK, Bermuda and China, Hardip’s strength lies in his knowledge of traditional Indian cuisine. The Passion towards work and Perfection towards quality is what drives him to success. Hardip believes in creating classic Indian dishes with a blend of exotic spices by using traditional techniques and modern presentation.
